  • I am mainly interested in multimodal data fusion and data mining. My work has been focused on developing novel methods to analyze complex high-dimensional imaging and genetic data. My current project integrates large-sample SNP and CNV data, as well as sMRI, fMRI and DTI, to understand better how genetic variations regulate the neural basis of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
