Michelle Juárez is currently a graduate student working toward her Master of Science in computer engineering (image processing) at the University of New Mexico while conducting research at the Mind Research Network in the Medical Image Analysis Lab. She earned her Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from the University of New Mexico in December 2007. In the past, she has focused on the analysis of sensorimotor data from schizophrenia patients, as well as analysis of psychopathy data from psychopathy subjects from New Mexico prisons. Her current emphasis and Master's thesis topic is on the further study of causality modelling and functional network connectivity in fMRI.
