Dr. Jingyu Liu Post-Doctoral Research Scientist Ph.D Electrical Engineering, University of New Mexico jliu<@>mrn.org Dr. Jingyu (Jean) Liu is working as a Research Scientist focusing on multimodal data mining on biomedical images and signals at Mind Research Network. Dr. Liu holds both a B.S. /M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Northern Jiaotong University, Beijing, China and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico. She worked as a Research Fellow at the Henry M. Jackson Foundation in Fort Detrick, MD and at the Institute of Living, Hartford, CT before accepting the position at The MIND Institute.Dr. Liu is currently working on projects related to genetic underpinnings of normal/abnormal brain processes from a genomic point of view. Genetic imaging, a new field provides a very promising future to uncover the genetic influence using endophenotypes from neuroimaging and large genomic SNP.
